We are a 4th generation family-owned & operated company in South Dakota. We believe that beeswax doesn’t need to travel all the way from other countries to the U.S., when we have plenty of happily buzzing American honeybees here!

Imported beeswax is often of questionable quality. Sometimes it’s mixed with petroleum products like paraffin to make it go further. Other times it’s contaminated by pesticides, chemicals, and smoke (in some countries, villagers still rely on open fire pits to melt the honeycomb).

We care a great deal about how we produce our beeswax pellets. JB, Ken, and Melissa (that’s us!) continue a family beekeeping tradition that began with our great grandfather’s honest, kind beekeeping trade in the 30’s.
